Welcome to the StrideSafe FI online store! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to StrideSafe FI. StrideSafe FI operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (together, the “Services”), to provide you, the customer, with a safe and high-quality shopping experience.
Our store runs on the Shopify platform, which enables us to provide the Services to you. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) describe your rights and obligations when using the Services.

We aim to describe our products and services as accurately as possible. However, colours and the appearance of products may differ slightly due to your device settings and screen.
We do not guarantee that any product’s appearance or quality will fully meet your expectations. All product information may change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue products or limit their availability to certain individuals, regions or as otherwise permitted by law.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. StrideSafe FI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order. An order is considered accepted only once we have confirmed it and received payment.
Please review your order details carefully before submitting. Cancellation of an accepted order may not be possible. If an order is not accepted or needs to be changed, we will inform you by email or via the contact details you provided.
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale.
4. Prices and payment
Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time you place your order will be shown on your order confirmation. Prices do not include taxes, customs duties or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
By confirming your order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are correct and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. You are responsible for paying all charges, taxes and any applicable shipping fees related to your order.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes or other factors beyond our control. Once the product has been handed over to the carrier, the risk passes to you.

All content in the Services – including text, images, logos, videos and design – is the property of StrideSafe FI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use the content without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services may offer tools and links provided by third parties. These are offered “as is” without warranties or liability. We are not responsible for the content, security or terms of any third-party websites. We recommend that you review their policies before using them.
8. Relationship with Shopify
StrideSafe FI operates on the Shopify platform, which enables us to provide the Services.
However, all purchases are made directly with StrideSafe FI. Shopify is not a party to the sale and is not responsible for products, deliveries or any damages. You hereby release Shopify from any liability arising from your purchases or transactions with StrideSafe FI.
9. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services operate through Shopify, Shopify also processes some of your data in order to provide and improve its services. For more information, see privacy.shopify.com.
10. Feedback and reviews
If you send us feedback, suggestions, reviews or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and publish such Feedback in any media.
You confirm that your Feedback does not infringe the rights of others and does not contain unlawful or offensive material.
11. Errors and changes
From time to time, the site may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions (for example in prices or descriptions). We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.
12. Prohibited use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services for fraudulent, abusive, harmful or disruptive purposes, nor may you collect others’ personal data without permission.
